All information including on our website, our newsletters and/or our alerts are for entertainment and educational purposes only and there is no assurance that the data provided are 100% accurate or error-free.

Email Alerts:

Some of our services involve sending emails to our subscribers. We assume no responsibility or liability for undelivered, damaged, or late emails, whatever the reason. If you ever miss an email, it is best to check the website, as the information posted on it is always current.

Payment:

Payment for your subscription is due prior to using our services. You agree to pay all fees and charges (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

We reserve the right to change any fees or charges. However, we will not change the fee and charges for current subscribers in the middle of a paid period. In the case of a fee change, current subscribers will receive email notification before the next recurring payment due date.

Renewal Policy:

Payment for our service will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed at the end of their subscription periods unless Index-Funds-Trading.com is notified via E-mail at least 5 (five) days prior to the scheduled renewal date.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription to any of our services at any time. Your cancellation request must be made at least 5 (five) or more days in advance of your automatic payment, but there are no refunds of subscription fees previously paid.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE THE CANCELLATION REQUEST AND TO FOLLOW-UP IF IT IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.

We reserve the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, subscription or access to our services.

Refund:

If you are not satisfied for any reason in the first 30 days, we will be glad to issue a refund for recurring quarterly and recurring yearly subscription. Simply e-mail us to notify us of your refund request (please specify your User ID in the message) within the first 25 days from your subscription date.

Please note: our 30-day money back guarantee is only applicable to customers subscribing for the first time.

Once the 30-day money back guarantee period is over, there is no refund.

When a you receive a refund you will be charged $5.95 re-stocking fee for quarterly subscription and $9.95 re-stocking fee for yearly subscription. The re-stocking fee is charged to cover expenses mostly not dependable on us which include but are not limited by credit card discount fee, transaction fee, account processing fee, etc. Restocking fee could be higher (up to 50% from the charge) when additional customer support was involved.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE THE REFUND REQUEST AND TO FOLLOW-UP IF IT IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.

Customer Support:

We do not offer full customer support to non-paying members. All customer support is provided by email and we requires two business days to respond to enquiries. We cannot be held responsible for any email that does not reach our support staff or for any our response that does not reach its intended recipient, whatever the reason may be.

Our replies to customer enquiries are not legal documents or contracts; email replies are provided for educational purposes only.

Termination:

This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. We may terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the site or any portion thereof, immediately, in the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement.

We reserve the right at any time to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, change the Website, including but not limited by, adding, eliminating or discontinuing any content, service, or feature of the Website.
